The 2007 Student Research Forum was held on the UofM campus Monday, April 2. Four IDT doctoral students participated: Julie Forbess (Chair: Dr. Michael M. Grant), Norm Hays (Chair: Dr. Lee Allen), Jong-pil Cheon (Chair: Dr. Michael M. Grant) and Fethi Inan (Chair: Dr. Deborah Lowther). The University of Memphis Student Research Forum is an annual event which showcases the diverse research of undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Memphis. This forum enables students to develop their presentation skills and present their research in a formal, supportive environment.
Jong-pil Cheon received second place in the College of Education category for his research residency, which focused on different interface types for web-based instruction.
