Curriculum Design Position Opening

Cory Major, the Director of Student Support Services (SSS), is looking for a Graduate Assistant to help design online and face to face workshops.

Position Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Project staff in developing an “SSS Curriculum.” Currently, the program offers workshops (live and online) in several programming areas: Academic, Career, Personal, Cultural, Social, and Technology. The goal is to identify and develop foundational workshops in each area that each SSS Participant will be required to take. Students will then be allowed to select from additional workshops offered by the program, other campus services/departments, or within the community at-large with permission. Graduate Assistant Position Available In IDT Program

There is a 20 hour/week Graduate Assistant position available in the IDT Program. IDT graduate students who are in good academic standing are eligible to apply. Students interested in applying should contact Dr. Mims, the IDT program chair.

2009 AECT International Convention

The 2009 AECT International Convention will be held October 27-31 in Louisville, Kentucky. The IDT Graduate Student Association is currently working to make travel and lodging plans for students attending the conference.
